Terms & Conditions – 499ba Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 499ba platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other interface provided or authorised by 499ba — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you create an account or, if earlier, from the moment you first access any part of the platform.

499ba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 499ba will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their English text. Any translation provided for informational purposes does not carry contractual force. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version prevails.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a 499ba account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 499ba operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering solely on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 499ba or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from 499ba or had your account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

499ba takes its age verification obligations seriously. Upon registration, you will be required to confirm your date of birth. 499ba may request documentary evidence of age at any time, including — but not limited to — a copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh. Withdrawal requests will trigger a mandatory identity verification process if your account has not previously been verified.

If 499ba has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. During the suspension period, no bets may be placed and no withdrawals will be processed. If verification confirms the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings from the period of underage play will be voided, and the net deposited amount (less any withdrawals already processed) will be returned.

Parents and guardians: If you believe a minor has accessed 499ba using your payment details or device, contact support@499ba.app immediately. 499ba will investigate the matter and take appropriate action as a priority. We also strongly recommend the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold one and only one 499ba account. The registration of multiple accounts — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. Where 499ba identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You agree to notify 499ba promptly if any of this information changes by contacting support at support@499ba.app.

499ba implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to provide any or all of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: National ID Card, passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last three months and showing your current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used to fund your 499ba wallet.
• Source of Funds: In cases where large deposits or withdrawals are detected, 499ba may request documentation to establish the legitimate source of the funds.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 499ba support may result in the temporary suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 499ba support staff will never ask you for your password. If you receive a communication purporting to be from 499ba requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 499ba are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 499ba does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks (subject to availability)

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 499ba, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests submitted by players whose accounts have been fully verified (KYC complete) are typically processed within minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for bank transfer requests. Unverified accounts must complete identity verification before any withdrawal will be processed.

Withdrawal to source: 499ba operates a "withdrawal to source" policy. Funds deposited via a specific payment method (e.g., bKash) will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.

Bonus balance withdrawals: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5 (Bonus & Promotion Terms). Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Transaction fees: 499ba does not charge players a fee for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own service charges, which are outside 499ba's control.

Failed and reversed transactions: In cases where a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by the payment provider after funds have been credited to a 499ba account, 499ba reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the player's balance. If the balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, the account may be placed into a negative balance status pending resolution.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

499ba offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered, verified, and active 499ba account in good standing. Players who have been self-excluded, who have breached these Terms & Conditions, or whose accounts are under investigation are not eligible to receive bonuses.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement"). This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus the qualifying deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Minimum odds: Bets placed on sports markets at odds below a specified minimum (typically 1.50 or as stated in the promotion) will not contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus balances and wagering progress expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute as specified. Full contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless 499ba explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse prevention: 499ba reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — including associated winnings — if there is evidence that the bonus was claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or systematic manner. This includes but is not limited to matched-betting strategies, the use of multiple accounts, and the exploitation of promotional loopholes.
• Modification and withdrawal: 499ba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a player has already claimed a promotion and is part-way through meeting wagering requirements, their existing progress will be honoured.

Seasonal promotions on 499ba — including BPL cricket season bonuses, Eid reload offers, IPL free bet campaigns, and Pohela Boishakh free spin promotions — are each governed by their own specific terms published at the time of launch. The general terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by the specific promotion terms.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 499ba platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain credits, free bets, or any other benefit not legitimately available. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including but not limited to using 499ba as a conduit to pass funds through for the purpose of obscuring their origin.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in systematic matched betting or arbitrage betting that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Chargebacks or the fraudulent reversal of deposits after gaming activity has taken place. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in account closure and recovery action.
• Using profane, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward 499ba support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

499ba employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above may result in the immediate freezing of account funds, the voidance of all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, and the permanent closure of the account without the return of any balance.

499ba cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. Where evidence of criminal activity — including fraud or money laundering — is identified, 499ba will report the matter to the relevant authorities and provide all requested documentation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

499ba reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or inactivity.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your 499ba account at any time by contacting the support team at support@499ba.app. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Responsible gaming closure: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for full guidance on the available tools and processes. Self-exclusion requests are treated with priority and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed by 499ba support.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 499ba may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts as specified in the current fee schedule, which will be deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any maintenance fee is applied. If the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.

Platform-initiated closure: Where 499ba closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or other player misconduct, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited and will not be returned. 499ba will provide written notification of the closure and the reason for it to the email address registered to the account.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499ba and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, technology providers, and game suppliers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 499ba platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

499ba's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

499ba does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game, 499ba will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the correct outcome from available data. Where this is not possible, 499ba reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the player's account.

499ba is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, device failures, or other circumstances outside its direct control that affect a player's ability to access or use the platform. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing time-sensitive bets.

The platform and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 499ba makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any content on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which 499ba operates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law.
